- October 8, 2009: "I went with my mother one day to the traditional market and I saw that all the women workers were busy cutting "you tzi" in this fasion. They were not cutting it the traditional way -which makes a nice "cap" out of it. I was told by my mother that they are cutting "You Tzi " this way for the elementary school kids' lunch fruit. The traditional method is too difficult to peel and too difficult to share for the elementary school kids. I was standing, staring, studying, trying to understand, and taking pictures .....This lady, the owner's wife, gave me a free one to eat. And of course it is so sweet and juicy." - Amy

- October 8, 2009: "After my meeting with our freight forwarder, I met this guy, as the attached, on the street and I asked what he is selling...........oh, tissues, wet wipes......etc., so I bought five (5) of them and chatted with him. He has one son and he is trying hard to make a living independently. Then I shared with him about our book project. I asked him if he is able to check emails and internet and he said to me, "Yes" firmly.. So, I gave him our book mark and asked him to enjoy viewing our website as it will be a big "feast". He gave me a big smile. I told him, "kayou, Kayou, Kayou!". " - Amy
